Shigeki Tsuchihara

Shigeki, or Shiggy Smalls, as he likes to be known, has been coming to UCL for a little over a year now, and become as much a part of us as 3 week old roadkill becomes a part of the road. Hes a tall lanky streak of piss, but he also operates Shige's Taxi Service, which makes him a very nice guy indeed, so I won't so anything stupid about him until he goes back to Japan.
